CIM Radio is a smooth jazz flavoured community, therefore it is recommended that any position holders have extensive knowledge of the vast smooth jazz world. We would appreciate it even more if you are familiar with our programming (since we claim to be quite different from other typical smooth jazz radio stations).

We are looking for enthusiastic people that are interested in the smooth jazz format and are geared towards making innovations in the genre.
