| Q. |
What is an affiliate and how do I become one? |
| A. |
A CIM Radio affiliate can either be an artist, a record label, or a partner offering music, syndicated radio shows or something interesting and useful. For example, if you're an artist requesting airplay of your CD and we accepted it, then you are automatically an affiliated artist of CIM Radio. Simply put, if you offered materials that we are interested in then you're automatically in (unless you denied it of course). Think of it this way, affiliates are a win-win situation, so that means you're happy and we're happy. All affiliates have access to a special area called "Affiliate Access Zone" in which they must log in. This restricted area provides exclusive materials available only to affiliates and are strictly governed by our copyright policy. To request your username and password simply email: info@cimradio.com. |

| Q. |
How do I listen? |
| A. |
You can listen directly using Windows Media Player or Winamp. If you choose to listen to CIM Radio through Live365, you must register with them first. For a list of available listen links, please see the homepage. |

| Q. |
Why can't I listen to CIM Radio all the time? |
| A. |
We purchased limited bandwidth to support a finite amount of listeners. Our servers are quickly filled up during US working hours, thus when you try to listen, you are being denied access. Bandwidth is extremely expensive. While we are in need of someone to back us up financially, we are at the same time hunting for cheap, but good source of bandwidth to expand our capacity. You can help us by making donations. |
